How do I ask a question?

It’s very easy. No need to login at all. Just…

• Click the "New Topic" button at the top-left corner of any page.
• Type in your question and follow our instruction.
• Add any details that will help people answer it.
• Select a destination category for your question.
• And please don’t forget to enter the confirmation code exactly as you see it.
• If you are the member you will receive a notification email whenever someone answers your question (The expiry date is defaulted to 7 days, but you can choose your own.)
• Then click Preview. If the question looks ok to you, click Submit. But if not, you can click Edit to change it.

Remember: the clearer your question is, the more likely you will get really good answers. Use the Details section to provide additional information and further clarify your question. Taking the time to choose the best category for your question will also help make sure it's seen by the people most able to answer your question.

How do I answer a question?

Just go to any topic in the category you have chosen and click "Answer this Question" button to answer the main question or click "Reply" button to respond to an answer to the main question. Then enter your response and follow with our instructions.

How do I vote?

You can only vote if you are the member :

• To the answer of member for get resolve question voting.
• Only once for voting of a question.
• After that the answer will show a mark resolved this question.

How do I put a question up for voting?

The question will be put up for voting if you are logged in.

When does the voting period end?

The voting will not be ended until you cast it.

How does the scoring system work?

To thank the Travel Forum community for all members, all activities have been assigned points. For each activity you will earn points. For example : registration, login, create a new topic (question), answer a question, cast a vote, and receive votes, etc.

The points table summarizes the points you get for each activity.

Once I submit my question, can I still edit or delete it?

Sorry, you could not edit your question and answer after you submited it but you will be allow only delete your question and answer. And also anyone cloud notice us to delete the information for some reason.

How will I know when my question has been answered?

If you checked the Email notification checkbox when you asked your question, you'll automatically get an email from us each time someone new answers your question.

If you unchecked the Email notification box when you posted your question, you'll need to check by yourself in category your post that question in Travel Forum. You can see how many answers your question received.by click this button

What do I have to do once my question has been answered?

Choose the answer for your resolve question: (It must have at least one answer.) Click Vote this answer for resolve question icon below your chosen answer. Your question is considered "Resolved Question" when a resolve answer is selected.

If you're not satisfied with any of the answers wait for more answers to do this.

After I choose the resolve answer, can I change my mind and choose a different answer?

Sorry, you cannot. Once you select an answer for resolve question, you can't change your selection.
