We were there for two nights from october 12th to 14th 2005. the hotel is very well located on the sky train route . Ours was a deluxe room, clean but the hotel being a very big one is heavly crowded and almost feels like you are in the airport or in a railway station. the service hence is not personalised. you need to shout at the top of your voice to be heard. the bell captain was the only helpful one among the staff. Most of the staff do not understand English and thats one major problem. We were suppose to get a welcome drink and a basket of fruits on arrival in our room, that never came. Water is very a precious commodity in the hotel and do serve drinking water even while serving food. Never heard of that before!!!

This place is simply fantastic and fully packed with Asian tourist. With a subway right at the door step of the hotel that brings you to tourist attraction, nice room, entertainment and food. What else can you ask for?

This hotel was a great place to stay for me - being a first-time visitor to Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfasts good, and the proximity to the sky train amazingly convenient. The pool size was a little disappointing

The staff was in every meaning most helpful and serviceminded , big plus. The Breakfastlounge felt dark and not " how you want to get your day started - in lack of windows and with dark wooden walls to look at,also the tables with the dishes for breakfast felt a bit disorganised due to lack of space. Overall it felt a bit oldfashioned but ok.

Spick and span rooms. However, no tea or coffee making facilities. No room service menu. Staff quite competent, if somewhat harried especially when there are scores of rude Singaporeans or impatient farangs raising a big hooha about how come everyone else is served first except them. Room rates are a steal and I go back to this hotel often.

The hotel was good value for money however beware of paying the hotel for taxi service to the airport.... very expensive. Much cheaper to get a taxi off the street from right outside the hotel. Always negociate price with driver first though!!!!

I liked the facilities in the hotel and the spaciousness. It has everything you need and is very convenient. The only problem is - there is a local bylaw apparantly - and you are not allowed to use an iron in your room - a bit tricky if things get creased in your case. I had to have the items I needed, washed, dried and ironed - just to really get them ironed - tip -take your own iron. This is my second time at the hotel and on both occasions it has been great.

This place is the best if your would travel by BTS (best way to travel around to avoid the busy traffics), it is directly link to asia hotel which is the most plus point. Rooms are average but acceptable, hotel should be refurbished abit. Surroundings would have Foot Massage center and near 7 eleven. This is an busy hotel probably because of its loaction and price. They should change its keys as it is very big and heavy, having the hassle of placing it at the hotel before leaving as it would not be convinient to carry around. I would stay there again if I am at Bangkok again. Value for money

Location of this hotel is pretty convenient and have good acessibility to well known tourist location through BTS / MRT . The selling point of this hotel is location . The breakfast provided is so so only and should improve it. I have stayed 4 nights and the breakfast served is similar .
