    We like the room but we dislike the aircondition noise from outside and we could not sleep for two nights but then we were transferred to another room which was quiet but no window.

    A hotel in an ideal location with superb pricing!!
    However, do not expect the rooms to be of 5*, we were sitaued along the fire escape staircase, and the door was not locked, quite noisy, slight funny smell in the rooms...

    For the most part this hotel was good. However, the breakfast was absolutely horrible compared to every other breakfast eaten at Thailand hotels.

    Excellent shopping area, near Pratunam and Platinum Mall, near MBk too...however, don expect much from a budget hotel. Corridors are dimly lit and doesnt seem too safe. Breakfast spread is limited and not appetizing

    While First House was in a good location (10 min walk to the Skytrain, with a street market along the way), the room that we stayed in had no power points other than those dedicated to the TV and minibar. We had to unplug these in order to charge our phones. The hotel had no hairdryer (which I suppose is understandable when there is no outlet to plug it into). They managed to lose the teddy bear that I´ve had since childhood - either threw it into the bin or laundered with the sheets - anyone´s guess...with no apologies from the manager on duty. All in all, a good place to stay but remember to bring a hairdryer and a multi-outlet powerboard. Leave the teddy bear at home.

    Price couldn´t be cheaper! Rooms clean with comfortable beds, no problems with service. Best location, right near malls and across the street there´s a great electronic plaza. Nothing negative to say. I´ll definately stay here again! Recommend!

    The location is good, but abit far from the BTS. Alot of cheap stuffs around for those who like to burn money;)..There´s one superb food stall near by the hotel selling BBQ pork.. noodle,etc!
    And one thing for sure.. u can see so many foreign people here..

    I realy like it first house hotel i like the staff and great service the people are very very kind the waitress to en the boy in the sarayuth shirt i like the people who work there in first house hotel every body over there and i am coming back and i hope that the people over there are the same if i am first house hotel
