My wife and myself have stayed at this hotel over 10 times and have always found the place to be clean and the staff to be very friendly. They go out of the way to help us even though we bought a condo next door, translating bills, providing directions etc. The broadband internet was cheap (not the Wifi though), an engineer always comes round and gets it working within 15 mins, ok maybe if you check in late thats a bit inconvenient but its never bothered us. And yes when you get to your room the AC is off but it doesn´t take long to cool down. To get anywhere you need to take a cab, buts its usually going to run you 70 Baht to get to the nearest BTS, night bazaar. If I remember right the cab from the airport is no more than 350 Baht including tolls but we found that most cab drivers do find it hard to find, or they make out it is.
