I stayed at Grand Business Inn from 7th - 10th Jan 2006, with the rate I paid (1380THB) I should have serve with a better breakfast. Beside this, for some reason everytime after shower, the toilet floor is so wet even you use shower curtain. There´s a lot of other hotels about the same the rate that provide more facilities, but what I am looking for is a clean room at superb location. Yup, Grand Business Inn does gave me what I am expected.

In Bangkok I use to stay at the Ambassador, but it is often fully booked so I tried brand new Grand Business Inn. Everything was ok, great staff, they also have a 24h restaurant that makes an excellent Tom Kha. It is not a luxury hotel of course but a 3*, very clean and convenient at 1500 baht the double room. And BTS train is within 1 minute walk!!

I couldn´t find a hotel to stay on Sat night when me & my friends arrived at bkk,we will trying Swiss park hotel but was fully booked.Fortunately we found Grand Business Inn,it was our first time staying there & seriously I have not much expectation for that hotel cuz it was an Inn=motel,de price was quite shocking for an inn 1800bth,but after staying there,it was worth paying,de room was spacious,clean & de service was good thus de hotel is near de BTS so is very convenient

I stayed 1 - 12 April 2006. Generally I like the hotel and location. And a good price at 1500 Bt for double room. BUT it is in the process (until November) of being extended so had workmen hammering outside my window from 8am! Not a good start to the day!Has WiFi but of variable consistency.

The best thing about this hotel is they welcomed my overnite girlfriends. Other hotels seem to just tolerate a single man´s pleasure. And some even try to charge the quest money to bring a lady to his room.

The location is excellent and the staff are great. The only setback is the American breakfast that came with the hotel. The value is about 100Baht but when I was not given the option to choose Thai food even the price is less than the American breakfast. It would be great if guests are given the option of choosing either American or Thai food of similar value or cheaper.

It´s excellent value for money at a promotional rate of 1500Baht for a duble room. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The last time I reviewed this hotel, it was mentioned that the restuarant did not allow a change of American breakfast to a local breakfast even though it was of a lower value. This time when I made the request at the reception, the staff arranged with the restaurant for the change. Only a slight problem on this trip is the room I stayed. There was some construction going on the next block and the curtain had to be drawn all the time to ensure privacy. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future trips.

The hotle is situated in a good location close to the skytrain and main Sukumvit road.It´s real let down at the moment is the building works right next door. Stayed here for 2 days constant sledghammering from 8-12 and again in the afternoon. Rooms are large. When the demolition is finished next door the hotel will be good value.

Stayed at many hotels before and the staff service are simply magnificient. A good budget,value for money hotel and of course the best stuff is the no joiner fees. Especially for a happy hour guy like me! Well Done.
