With the strong attachment to both �rice barn� and �fern� as well as to preserve and to popularize both, Baan Suan San Sai has united the two into one place. Hopefully, the place will permeate the spirit of Lanna architecture and fern from Thailand and international to all visitors.
For when they visit �Baan Suan San Sai�, they can share ideas, buy or trade the fern by using shady �rice barn� as a center like in the past.

Flew in from Samui and were met by the hotel for collection, very helpful. I booked this place as pot luck as I didnt fancy the concrete blocks in CM of which very few had any good reviews. Its a bit far out so you will need a bike or car but it really is at it looks, which was great, there are only 9 houses so its very intimate. You are treated like one of the family by the owners and the rooms are quite unique, this place is definitely worth a stay, as I found the price compared to Chiang Mai very reasonable.

We have spent a wonderful time here in Fernparadise. It´s such a lovely place. The friendly people made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much and hopefully we´ll find another chance to come back.

We are being served warmly and felt enjoyable and warmful like home. the owner of the son will always appeared whenever we reach the Fern Paradise and answer our queries with humble (just like a brother to take care for the sibling). We were touched by the owner -Mr Tan spirit for the Fern establishment and the stories behind it. It is really a wonderful experiences !
