The Ambassador City Jomtien (near PATTAYA) is the world's largest resort hotel with over 5,000 guest rooms located on an area of approximately 40 acres of a prime beachfront property on Thailand's Eastern seaboard, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. A great choice of accommodation is offered in five separate wings of the Ambassador City Jomtien, each with individual in character and featuring views of either the ocean or the hotel's magnificently landscaped gardens

I recently spent a very enjoyable two weeks at your hotel. Overall, I rate the experience very highly. The facilities I used ranged from adequate to very good, but the most positive aspect of the stay was the interaction with your incredible staff. They were without exception well trained, friendly and welcoming. The senior staff, in particular the Guest Relations Managers, were helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for a memorable experience--I will definitely be back.

Elevators don’t stop if they are half full, be prepared to wait more than 20 minutes for elevator if your room is situated in the middle of the building (talking about the Tower Wing).
