Whe had a fantastic two weeks in the Montien Pattaya hotel.It is true that the hotel rooms are a little bit old but they have a beautiful seaview.The service was absolutely fantastic and was better than in many five star hotels.The evening buffets were really good and quite cheap(450 baht).I strongly recommend the Montien Pattaya.

The hotel is very convenient and is located in the heart of pattaya. Although the room is very old and got a little bie smell. I think if they renovate the room, this hotel would be one of the best and value for money.
