clean rooms, good service, and a smiling reception and bellboys. They ouer holiday plesent one(4 weeks). Hope to spend longer time in the White House resort, Pattaya.

i cannot agree less with the comments ive read about this hotel. i have stayed here 4 times now for a total of 16 weeks and i am going back soon! staff friendly and helpful,breakfast perfectly adequate,room clean and in good condition and it has one of the best pools in pattaya! and all this for a very compettitive price.

Quite good location and nice clean pool, but thats about it. Hotel generaly clean but has a problem with ants - in the room, restaurant and bathroom. Put a drink, plate, glass or even toothpaste down and within seconds its covered in ants. Some of the staff are friendly enough but others couldn´t care less and don´t even acknowledge you - rare for Thailand (I´ve been 13 times). Buffet breakfast is cold with poor selection and ants everywhere - chef at egg station couldn´t even make scrambled egg. Cats run in and out of kitchen and waiting staff like to play with them. Needless to say we ate elsewhere. Pool bar not open so no towels available (even at reception) so you have to use the ones from your room. Room quite big with balcony and big TV but only 6 channels available, mostly in Thai. Aircon in rooms is very very noisy and controls glued at 22deg so room is too warm and you cannot adjust it. Its a cheap hotel but there are far better hotels for a few dollars more. I cannot give a good review here I´m afraid.

This hotel have a good location at Jomtien beach road. Most services is OK at an average level. As I stayed there over New Year I was also forced to add a new year evening . This evning was organiced at Jpmtien Thani hotel. Wen we left at 22 about half of the attenders already left. And I think that it had to do with a lot of things but one was for shure the prices of drinks/wine/champain

During our visit of 9 days once I managed to get a warm shower. All other showers was taken unluckily with cold water. Our reservation for high floor needed to be asked separately - we were offered at first a groud floor room. The reservation was for a triple room - three beds no extra bed. The room was for two persons and with an extra bed. We were asked to move to another room two days before leaving the country. We didn´t accept that(it would have been a lot of packing work) but anyway that shortened mentally our holiday with two days. As if we wouldn´t have been appreciated guests. Many of the hotel guests us included had heavy stomach problems. At first it felt like breakfast food was not enough for the guests while many mornings the food was run out before the breakfast time ended. Later because of stomach problems one didn´t know what dare to eat. Some of the hotel guests had a party of their own in the night at the pool. The noice hindered us from sleeping.

For the price per room Exellent.No Hot water most of the time.Bathroom not up to Health and Safety Standards.Money taken from room, when reported to Police they stated their was a problem within the resort and and it caused them many problems.Manager just not interested and fobbed me off.
