On the quieter side of Patong Beach, but within easy walking distance of everything. Cosy hotel, nice clean rooms, good breakfeast, friendly staff and excellent price.

I stayed at Baan Boa from 25th Feb 07 to 5th March 07 I found the hotel to be everything you see in the brochure, it was very clean with excellent service, the spa and hotel staff where very friendly and could not do enough for you,very good value for your money, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, this was my 5th time in Phuket and my first time at Baan Boa and when I come back Baan Boa is where I will be staying from now on, Thank you Pat and all your staff.

Overall the location and service was very good. The room was big and clean with a good interior. The rates of hotel was very economical too. However the only problem was that there was a construction activity going over the reception area and at the backside of the hotel which was noisy. The variety in breakfast was also bit limited. However, a definately recommended place.

When we arrived we found construction going on above the reception area but it did not really effect our stay.This hotel is 10 metres to the beach there is a small bar/resturant next door and a 7/11 store, is 5 minutes walk to the main part of patong.This is a great small resort,clean, tidy, quiet,and we really enjoyed our stay.we will definatly stay again.great pool
